New Merge Rakeback Account Policy

As of April 2010, Merge allows players who already have a rakeback account on the network to create a new rakeback account at a different skin if their existing rakeback account has been inactive for 60 days or more. Any play, transfers, deposits or cashouts are considered activity.

Previously Merge's policy only allowed on rakeback account on the network without any exceptions.
